Visit of the CEO of the Industrial Group Saraya
The Director General of APIM,Mrs. Aissata Lam, yesterday received Mr. Yusuke Saraya, the CEO of the Japanese industrial group Saraya. This visit is a follow-up of a prior meeting with a delegation from the same group earlier in May.
The discussions focused on the group’s project to establish a presence in Mauritania and the potential of the market, with particular attention sustainable development and environmental preservation.
Saraya Group aims to invest in the blue economy , providing opportunities for inclusive growth while preserving marine resources and ensuring long-term sustainability.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange ideas on Mauritania’s participation in ExpoOsaka 2025 in Japan, which will be a significant platform for promoting Mauritanian projectsand initiatives.
