From August 13 to 19, the Investment Promotion Agency of Mauritania (APIM) participated in a mission dedicated to the Mauritanian diaspora in France and Belgium.
This initiative, organized in partnership with the IOM and supported by the European Union, aimed to strengthen the connection between Mauritania and its communities abroad.
During the mission, Mr. Moustapha Maouloud, Technical Advisor responsible for the Business Climate, presented investment opportunities in strategic sectors, as well as reforms undertaken to improve the business environment and boost the country’s attractiveness.
The meetings also provided a platform to discuss with the diaspora on their contributions to economic and social development and to establish lasting links between Mauritania and its communities abroad.
